That's a new feature (for 1/2 months). All three are once useable per club. আপনি can to suggest any of them and change that club's icon/banner/background অথবা all 3 of them. It would take 5 স্বর্ণ to suggest each of them. আপনি also have to have 100 স্বর্ণ for suggesting. After আপনি suggest therd would a polk about that where others can add options. Same স্বর্ণ rules goes here. Even those who want to vote in those মতামত have to spend 5 golds and have to have at least 100 স্বর্ণ with them. :-P

I thought voting on the মতামত cost 5 gold, and is free if আপনি have a medal there. I didn't know starting a মতামত up cost gold, but it isn't something I've tried out because every club I've suggested ideas for has been too small for the feature.
