What exactly makes a pending club become an official club?

I know that a club has to have an প্রতীকী and banner first, and that it needs to have a certain amount of content and fans/members first. Are there any other requirements? Is the exact number of অনুরাগী and contributions known, অথবা does it differ from club to club, অথবা at different times? Does it matter whether the contributions are of different types - images, videos, প্রবন্ধ etc?

I also wonder that myself sometimes. I think it’s not that much related to the number of fans. For instance, the Anya Taylor-Joy club recently turned into an “official” club and it only has 25 fans. It’s probably আরো related to contributions, আরো specifically how often they are added and how জনপ্রিয় they are. I think সংগঠন that generate মতামত regularly have আরো chances to turn into official clubs. But of course those are just speculations. Not sure if everyone has ever solved the pending club mystery.
