Recently on Fanpop, there have been a few little bugs অথবা glitches. These are to be totally expected whilst a product is still in it's beta stage, as ফ্যানপপ is. Whilst all of the bugs in new features are attempted to be taken out before public release, occasionally one অথবা two slip through.
আপনি have to remember that being being on a beta website, we are all beta testers and should প্রতিবেদন any bugs so they're not in the final product.
If this happens and আপনি spot a bug অথবা glitch, there are certain ways of dealing with it.

At the bottom of every page on Fanpop, there's a small link that says link. আপনি can use this form to প্রতিবেদন a number of things to Fanpop. This way your প্রতিবেদন gets into a queue that all of the staff can see, saving আপনি the trouble of sending four separate messages and/or increasing the likelihood that the bug gets addressed. Credit to harold for this.
Message a member of the ফ্যানপপ Four
This is usually the best way of dealing with a bug.
Try to include details of exactly what it was আপনি were doing when the bug occured, and if আপনি think it is required, your operating system and internet browser. Be polite in your message and make sure আপনি do include everything আপনি mean to say.
If আপনি are having a problem with miscategorised content etc. the best thing to do is to প্রতিবেদন it using the flag button, rather than message a member of Fanpop. For আরো on that, see link.

Message an experienced user of Fanpop
Certain users have been using the site long enough to know what bugs may occur and may also know how to get around them until they're fixed, if they are a long term bug that is currently being resolved. আপনি can also message these people to ask whether they are experiencing the same problems as আপনি and then আপনি can determine whether the problem may be related to your computer alone, and then start to fix it.

Post a ফোরাম topic in the ফ্যানপপ spot
The link serves as a good discussion point for any problems with Fanpop.
Post details of the glitch অথবা bug there and it will serve as a focused talking point for others with the same problem, and people may bring solutions as well.
Things not to do
Do not post an image of the bug/glitch.
It may help আপনি get some ratings, but in the end the ফ্যানপপ Four aren't able to check every image posted. It's much quicker to message them. If আপনি feel like posting an image, post a ফোরাম topic instead. It serves the same purpose and it doesn't look like আপনি পোষ্ট হয়েছে the image simply to garner a few ratings and extra medal "points".
That's all I can think of for now, but if anyone else has useful points I can add, I'm all ears.

Ok, I usually don't make user guides but this one needs to be made. I have seen a lot of picks and a lot of them are boring অথবা annoying. Here is a তালিকা of steps to help আপনি out.
1. Try to have আরো than three উত্তর if possible. If the প্রশ্ন is "Who should Jim be with?" Put, Karen and Pam, and then put an answer like neither অথবা Katy.
2.Always have pictures for the প্রশ্ন if it isn't a yes, no, অথবা maybe question. Pictures bring in আরো অনুরাগী and make the picks আরো interesting.
3. Try to ask প্রশ্ন that people haven't already asked and প্রশ্ন that people will be interested in. Don't make it boring.
Now these are the three golden steps to making a good, quality pick on fanpop. If আপনি feel I need to add anything, then please leave it in the comments.

One দিন I decided to create a new club of something that didn't exist as a club yet but I couldn't find the 'Create a club' button. Trust me I looked high and low for the thing but couldn't find it. When I logged out of my account at last there I saw it, the 'Create a club button' so when I clicked on it they of course asked me to sign back in but when I did I was the same position I was in before clicking.
For some people this problem don't seem to happen but for people like me who want to create সংগঠন but can't because the button is unavailable well it's frustrating. I've been looking abound for some kind of answer but the only thing that came up was a link link
this only leads to আপনি having to sign in again. I don't know if it's the signing in thing that's the problem but it really shouldn't be.
Please fix this problem Fanpop!
