If it was a member who you hadn't spoken to beforehand, who'd added you out of the blue. Maybe you only have a handful of clubs in common, or maybe even none.

In this case, I think un-fanning would be too much effort. I'd just leave them in the people I'm a fan of but probably wouldn't interact with them much.

It depends. Because in the past I have fanned someone who turned out to be a real creep. That's why I no longer fan back right away.

I used to un fan people who un fanned me. But I haven't checked in ages . I can now live with being unpopular.
