Does anyone here actually loose respect for people in real life when they find out they actually like Twilight?

Not really. A lot of my বন্ধু actually like Twilight. The only way I lose respect for people who like Twilight is if they are a Twilight maniac and won't talk about anything but Twilight, অথবা if they're like some Twilight অনুরাগী on the Internet who are all like "I LOVEZ EDWARD!!!1! HEZ SOO HAWTE!11!1 I WANTZ 2 MARREY HIM!!@!"

No and there is no reason too! I'm a Twilight অনুরাগী (what আপনি already হারিয়ে গেছে respect for me?) AND an HP fan... I don't think আপনি should judge someone only because he/she likes Twilight! It's as if I হারিয়ে গেছে respect for everyone who likes to eat bananas... makes absolutely no sense to act like that!

NO!!! Never. They are entitled to their right to like things I don`t. But if they own one of those Edward Cullen ঝরনা curtains অথবা stuff like that I sort-of think its funny.

yeah, a little. If they are the obsessive wacko ones-then yes. If they admit it gets crazy and only enjoy পাঠ করা the books, thats fine with me. But I do প্রশ্ন why, it is so utterly boring to me and shallow.

Not really. But if they say something like "Harry Potter sucks! Twilight is way better" I do, because I didn't even bash Twilight. Plus, they never shut the -beep- up about Edward -beep- Cullen.

I don't loose respect because they like Twilight - everyone is entitled to their own opinions, thoughts, likes and dislikes, no? I loose respect when they only like the series because Edward is hot, and/or when they become scarily obsessed and base their life off it.

Not really, unless they are totally obsessed and are in প্রণয় with other things I hate (like the Jona Brothers). Then I start slowly backing away...

Nope. I like Twilight, so I don't lose respect for the ones that do also. Although I do lose respect for the ones that put down Harry Potter and back themselves up with Twilight (Hope that made sense).

As long as they aren't the obsessive brainless ones... come to think of it, all of my বন্ধু প্রণয় Twilight except for two. My best friend loves Twilight, but she doesn't like people who constantly obsess over it.

Not at all! Many of my বন্ধু like Twilight and I've never হারিয়ে গেছে my respect for them.

I only lose respect for them if they do something insane like waiting in line for days to see the first Twilight screening অথবা try to reinact everything that happened in the বই অথবা চলচ্চিত্র (I'm not even exagerrating, someone's actually done that before in my town), অথবা if they, God forbid, compare Twilight with Harry Potter. Luckily no one's done that in front of me yet. But I do have বন্ধু who are অনুরাগী of Twilight and they don't do any of that stuff

If they have a twildo অথবা press ice to their lips, then I would. but otherwise, no, because আপনি can't have everything in common with everyone in the world- otherwise you'd just be boring, and আপনি never know, আপনি might have other things in common (like Doctor Who...). But if they actually believe that Edwart is real, and they're prepared to waste their lives waiting for him to come, then I would lose all respect for them and get the hell away from them.

I don't think it's really fair to prejudge people because of one thing they like. People are not 2 dimensional, so আপনি can't judge them দ্বারা one aspect of their personality, if আপনি follow my train of thought.

However there some Twihards, আপনি know the type, who spend every waking moment of their lives fantasising about ভ্যাম্পায়ার and what not, and consider Edward Cullen the ideal life-mate. Who, in short, leave me fearing for my generations future.

To all die-hard, Edward (or perhaps Jacob) worshipping Twilight fans, please - lay off the vampires, avoid the werewolves. You'll feel much better for it!!

I প্রণয় Harry Potter AND Twilight so I would not loose respect to myself, I might not value myself enough but that doesn't mean I'm going to do that to myself অথবা do that to anyone, some do it to make themselves feel better i wouldn't do that attall.... :)

Okay, well, since I have a stereotype of a Twihard (or আরো of the extreme ones), it is hard not to think of someone differently because they like Twilight. If I go around judging people on what they like to read, that's just plain shallow and dumb.

No. Everyone has different taste in books. My really good friend loves Twilight . . . as much as I tell her that it sucks, she's still a fan. But I still have respect for her.

No I don't because even though people like Twilight, it doesn't mean I have to start loosing respect for them. Some of my teachers like Twilight and I like it too and so do my bff's. But it's not all we talk about. So nope I don't.

Not really. Plenty of my বন্ধু have read and liked Twilight. My MOM likes Twilight. And at least half the people I'm a অনুরাগী of on ফ্যানপপ like Twilight, so I don't really mind. I don't necessarily like it, I definitely don't hate it.

No, only when they think it's the greatest literature ever, and when they spell world as simple as "the" wrong, and speak in all capitals desperate to prove Twilight is superior.
