No. I don't think so because I recall Chase saying "You should keep it." because he realized the real reason why she wanted to keep it was not because of "security" but because it was the last thing she had of her husband.

She decided she would get rid of it for Chase. Chase realized she wanted to keep it not because she was unsure of them but because she didn't want to kill the last bit of someone she loved. I think in the end she kept it.
