Some spoilers!

Page 7 with "anonymous" posts is interesting!
She was on the set and speaks about Lisa and Hugh, but poor girl, no lunch during 9hrs! wow, not very nice :
"I worked on House yesterday. And the only scene I was in was with Huddy so I have no idea how this season’s going to be but they did have a lot of them in it. Hugh looked so cool and very focused. Lisa was really pretty and they seemed to get along really well. We all signed confidentiality agreements so I can’t go into details but I will say the day was long and they kind of treated us extras like crap. We went fricking 9 hrs without lunch. We didn’t eat till 9:00PM! It was ridiculous. I was torn between hating it for that and loving it for Lisa and Hugh. But it also didn’t help that I got stranded at 11:00PM on a beach I won’t name that is far from where I live. My bus didn’t come so I had to take three buses, one to Long Beach, another to Downtown LA, then back home to Hollywood. Took 3 hours. I even went through Compton. Worst night ever. Just fair warning. You work on House, don’t expect fair treatment."

Second post :
"Yeah, that is the ONLY good thing about. But it was too brief. I heard someone was cold outside and looked at Lisa, who was wearing a parka, and that she looked at the extra and said “You must be cold.” And turned around. The extra seemed a little upset about it and I had to explain that Lisa has a weird sense of humor. She was jokey with Hugh on set and they seemed to have a great rapport. They really like and support eachother. It’s nice to watch. He even had an American accent the whole time when talking to the director. Which was cool. It was great to see his butt right in front of me too in one shot. I was like “Okay. This is weird but cool.” That’s probably the closest I’ll ever get to an actor in my extra career. But I’m an actress too and can’t wait to be treated with respect for ones. I’m sorry but Bones was a way better working environment than House. I’d love to do Bones again next season. The finale was cool but could’ve been better. And that squirrel was so cute at crafty. Anyway, that’s all I have to say."

Oh I remember at 9 PM all the extra had to run/walk to where the trailer are to eat. They must be really hungry. It was on location with lots of people and time running out, I kinda understand they need to really get things done. Crew didn't get to eat either, not only extra. And yeah Hugh and Lisa pretty much together most of the time, always wait for each other.
