Incepton movie beggining

guys I can't understand,in movie Inception in the beginning Saito and Cobb are older and they are in but after 1 সেকেন্ড they are young and in the same place and after 5 মিনিট Mall says to Cobb that this is Arthur's dream... In the end is that place again as Cobb's Limbo... so this is Arthur's dream,Cobb's Limbo অথবা what place is this?? please help me :)

The movie starts 'in medias res' অথবা in the middle of the story where cobb and saito are in limbo.
The scene following it is the flashback of a job Cobb's team pulled on saito. It is Arthur's dream inside Nash's dream.

Hope it clears things up. Sorry for the condescension, but I'd really like for everyone to understand the movie the way Nolan intended
