Why is it like that?

Why is it that a guy is all over আপনি and then soon enough doesn't respond to any of your fb replies?

He use to all the time. And i know him in real life too. He use to প্রদর্শনী all the signs that he liked me, but now he doesn't talk to me as much! But still hints the signs in a way (I think).

Still, I think I made it awkward when I told him he was sweet and stuff :/

How do I break the ice? Does he like me অথবা anything? I'm confused...

And why do guys like আপনি one secound and then don't?
