Help!!! Does anyone know the name of these songs.I will give props. Both songs are country.

First, I remember very little of the lyrics it goes"Don't tread on me is what it says." What comes before that I am not 100% certain but maybe something like, "I remember that flag flying high don't tread on me is what it says." Second, even to save my life I can't remember any of the lyrics I can only remember the video. I has a wounded soldier that হারিয়ে গেছে his leg and eye. It shows if getting getting ready, at the end he was wearing the dress uniform.
