Everyone but a yellow pegasus. Yep. Fluttershy's not happy, but she's crying. The reason? Let's go and see what happened a little while ago.
She was visiting the sky city of Cloudsdale, where she lived before she fell to the ground, discovering her new place. What she's doing in the মেঘ city was just wandering around. She's been wondering if anything new occurred. But no. Nothing new happened. But then, just then, she hears three voices coming from behind. "Hey!" shouted one of the voices. "It's Clustershy! What are আপনি doing here? Better not screw up anything here! HAHAHAHAHA!" Oh, no! It's the bullies from Fluttershy's fillyhood! They haven't made it up to each other as they did with রামধনু Dash a long time ago. "What are ya gonna do? Fly away crying?" taunted another bully. "Because that's what আপনি do best, little crybaby!" Fluttershy ignored them the best she could, since she was the only টাট্টু around the bullies. But then, the bullies circled around her pushing her around hard. They did it for about ten সেকেন্ড because then, as one of the bullies was going to মুষ্ট্যাঘাত her in the face, she ducked in time, making the blow hit one of the other bullies. They then get into a fight, completely ignoring Fluttershy, who made a quick getaway, safe, yet full of tears.
So this is where we left off. She's crying in her room, and it was early in the night. "I don't want to be pushed around like this!" she cried. "If only there was some way I'd stand out from all the other ponies!" She cried herself to sleep that night, thinking that the পরবর্তি day, going back to Cloudsdale, will be as horrible as this দিন was. As she went to Cloudsdale again, after she got ready, all the citizens of the town saw her, their jaws dropping in awe as they see the beauty of Fluttershy's gift. Awed and terrified, he spoke, saying, "How did this come to be?" Fluttershy replied with, "I don't know really. Last night, I wanted to stand out from some of the other ponies. I think this happened last night."
Later, as she went back to Ponyville, news was being spread out already. Everypony was astonished upon hearing that there was a Seraphim টাট্টু around Cloudsdale. Twilight Sparkle heard about it as well, but she didn't believe it. That's right. She called BS. Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and applejack were thrilled to hear the news about this. Nobody ever saw a Seraphim টাট্টু face-to-face before. রামধনু Dash thought that she could do some racing against one , but she also thought that she would lose. That doesn't matter now. Fluttershy was meeting up with the whole town and she was being greeted heavily দ্বারা everyone. Mayor Mare then came up and said, "My, my! How angelic আপনি look! I've never seen anypony like this ever! আপনি truly stand out from everypony else!" All the ponies then cheered. "Thank you, Mayor," Fluttershy replied. "But I don't think that this will last for a while. What I mean is I found a letter as soon as I was going to eat breakfast this morning. I still have it with me in case anyone wanted me to read to them. That is, if আপনি don't mind." Everyone let her read the letter, which, earlier was in the Enochian language, turned into English. The letter said:

I have heard about how আপনি wanted to stand out from all the others when আপনি were in tears. Therefore, I will give আপনি the wing set of a Seraphim pony. Be warned, because দ্বারা the time the Moon shines tonight, your gift shall be gone, but the astonishment of who sees আপনি will not.

Some of these ponies were disappointed upon hearing that, but most of them were amazed still. The bullies also heard about this too. They decide to finally make it up to their prey. When they got to Shy's cottage, they waited for her to come out. When she did, she, upon seeing them, didn't flinch, but asked, "Why are আপনি here?" One of the 3 said, "We wanna make it up to you, Fluttershy, as we did to রামধনু Crash. I mean, 'Dash'! রামধনু DASH! Yes. We never got the chance to do it until now. Could আপনি ever forgive us?"
