If Brooke is eighteen in S4 than the time would be like this:

First season: Brooke is sixteen
সেকেন্ড season: Brooke is seventeen
Third season: Brooke is seventeen
Fourth season: Brooke is eighteen
Fifth season(after a 4 বছর jump): Brooke is twenty-two
Sixth season: Brooke is twenty-three
Seventh season(after a 14 months jump): Brooke is twenty-five
Eighth season: Brooke is twenty-six and in the season finale after the 1 বছর time jump she is twenty-seven.
