I already saw pictures of peyton walking with the baby in 624 thanks to onetreehillblog.com. 623 is when Leyton get married and peyton bleeds so there will clearly be a small time jump. But hopefully we get some of Peyton's recovery before the time jump.

Not at first because there are pics that show Peyton holding the baby and she looks small . Then there are pics that show the baby and she is a lot bigger . I think they will show us when she has the baby and then there will be a time jump .
