I can't believe Lisa has the most votes! I am not a big fan of Millicent but at least Lisa can act!!!!! Shantel seriously needs some acting lessons!! She has got to be the ONLY actress I have ever seen on this show(s1-s7) who sucks at acting. I have no problem with any of the other actors/actresses on the s7 cast EXCEPT for Shantel.The MAIN reason why I am not a BIG fan of Quinn is because of Shantel's terrible acting. The actress and the character the actress portrays are two different people...so regardless of whether or not I like,love or hate that character...the actresses' ability to act is what I'm voting on. I'm surprised at those who picked either Joy or Sophia. I would really like to know why?

I may not have liked Millie at certain points, but the question isn't about the characters/their storylines. Lisa did a great job once again, where as Shantel can't act for shit most of the time =/
