I know but in an interview the actress who plays Peyton said.."I'll be kissin chad micheal murray for most of season 5, its the best job ever!" so maybe Brucas won't happen. But the creators should wise up..season 5 is the only time for Brucas to come back because of the 4 year gap...so they better make Brucas happen in Season 5..

well to be realistic, i don't think brucas will pursue till the end of the season..im sorry but that's true..DESTINY made them together, how can you swipe the role of Keith in season 4 as Lucas guide, you think turning the tables down by reliving the brucas time would change everything...i don't think so..that's my opinion..

And besides in the story, Peyton and Lucas grow together as friends and as a couple, they talked alot bout stuffs and all, a foundation so strong enough for them to want each other....You can see that there is so much passion between Lucas and Peyton's characters. Brucas had their story and i respect that guys really, but i must say it's not possible.

yup definitely...no matter how many years had pass it's not an issue for people so in love, it's communication that will keep them together...Though distance is tricky, TRUST must be there for a relationship to work out...Lucas and Peyton were meant to be, there will maybe a third party but in the end you cannot, i mean nobody can change it...

it will still gonna be Lucas and Peyton.

melnrd they already close their story, remember what Brooke said to Lucas, "She's not going to fight for him", that is why it came to a point wherein Lucas said, "I am not the man for you Brooke Davis, she's all yours"..

And to make it more clear, they agreed on being friends after the Party where Brooke told Lucas, "I hope you don't get mad at me Luke but i think this is wrong (the relationship per se) and/or THEM being together...and Lucas agreed cause after hearing what withey and her wife's story...it made a clear picture of what kind of relationship he wanted and that is not with Brooke of course....THAT IS WHY THEY AGREED TO BE "FRIENDS" >>> THAT'S FINAL/CLOSE RELATIONSHIP..i just wonder why you keep turning it around, brucas is final, over a history!!! this is based on the real story happened in OTH not fan made f.y.i...

Not just cos i'm a leyton fan. Just cos there's been no build up to it whatsoever, its totally random. BUT if they had a build up to it at the start of s6 then i guess itd be ok... still, leytons better :)

What is the big deal about Brucas??? The were way too opposite? Peyton and Lucas are cut from the same cloth. they are both soulful and tortured, they've been through a lot and sought each other out to survive these events. Brooke's biggest struggle was when daddy lost his job and she was cut off financially. Until season 5, she had no substance and was quite the slut.

Maybe they would have been together if Peyton had died and the baby survived, and then Brooke had to help Lucas take care of the baby..But apparently they both are leaving so probs no chance of that happening now..
