Okay, don't hurt me. I know I should be লেখা "Annabeth Chase and the Olympians" and I am but chapter nine is being edited দ্বারা my mom. So keep your shorts on for two reasons. One: It's almost finished being edited. Two: I really don't want to see your underware. So, I used my dad's computer to write this beacue I was super bored and yes I know it's not my best work. First দিন of Middle School
Annabeth’s Point of view.
“ So remember Annabeth, take your lunch money to the cafeteria during recess.” ব্যক্ত my dad as we rode in the car.
“Alright already dad.” I responded tucking a stray piece of curly blond hair behind my ears.
He’d been giving me advise for school since we left the house as if I had never been there before. It’s not like I didn’t know why though. He picked me up from Camp Half-Blood about four weeks পূর্বে but before that I hadn’t seen him since I was seven. He’d taken me to Washington with my step mom and two step brothers- Bobby and Matthew. I’d have to go everywhere with them now. At least with my other half-brothers at camp we had something to talk about. Oh, দ্বারা the way I should probably mention this. I’m the daughter of Athena, Greek goddess of wisdom and battle strategy.
“ One আরো thing, Annabeth: try not to cause any trouble” I rolled my gray eyes. Even now my dad was treating me like I was disaster prone just because I was a demigod.
“ I won’t Dad. Come on, আপনি know I’m better than that.”
He opened his mouth as if to say something, but closed it like he was afraid.
I sighed through my nose.” See আপনি later Dad.”
I opened the door half way before he said.” Wait, Annabeth. I প্রণয় you.” he leaned in and kissed my forehead. I smiled at my father and went out the door.
When I was all the way out he waved and sped off. I turned and looked at my new school. It was an….okay place. It was a one story building the size of ten football fields. The building was painted white and had several columns. There was a giant red and purple banner that read “ Go Lions!”
I looked at my white watch that matched my over sized hoodie and blue jeans. It was exactly eight , I had thirty মিনিট before class started. I decided I might as well do something useful while I waited so I opened my Camp Half-Blood backpack and took out my Ancient Greek architecture book. I looked around and saw a couple of trees near by, so I went over to read.
As soon as I opened my book I was distracted দ্বারা a very feminine voice.“ Oh my god, Becca,” the voice said.” I can’t believe Mr. Grant makes us learn about that stupid Greek stuff- অথবা should I say- geek stuff!”
I immediately shut my book and turned to see the bone head who had just seriously made me mad. And if আপনি know anything about me, then আপনি know that when I’m mad আপনি better back off.
The chick had short blond hair that I guessed had come out of a bottle because I saw dark roots. Over her green-blue eyes was a very dark eye shadow and she had on a heavy layer of mascara. She wore a long হৃদয় নেকলেস over her কমলা and পরাকাষ্ঠা camping shirt. Her slim legs fitted into a jean mini স্কার্ট and her feet were covered দ্বারা brown cow girl boots. She was standing পরবর্তি to another girl who I assumed was Becca.
“ I know, Camie. Why can’t we study make-up?” the girl responded
Unlike Camie, Becca’s long red hair was pulled back in pig tails with a black head band on top. She was wearing white skinny jeans and black convers. Her shoes matched her শার্ট that read “ Back It up!” in big white letters. She wore the same make-up as her friend.
“ And seriously, what is up with that stupid ‘goddess?’ What was her name?” asked Camie snapping her fingers. “ Oh, yeah. Athena. ‘ Goddess of wisdom and war.’ As if! আরো like goddess of ugly. What’s with all that nasty metal she wears? Eww!”
“ Actually, it’s called armor.” I ব্যক্ত standing up and joining in the conversation.
“ And আপনি are?”
“ A person.”
She stared at me for a সেকেন্ড then leaned towards Becca.
“ Freak.” she whispered.
“ Ehem. I have ears আপনি know.” I snapped rolling my eyes.
“ Yeah, yeah whatever. So why are আপনি here?”
“ Well I over heard your conversation and I’m just going to say how disrespectful you’re being to the Greek gods.”
“ So? It’s not our faults the Greeks gave Athena the wrong title.”
It took all my will power not to use my bronze ছুরি on her.
“ Erre ess korakas!” I shouted losing my temper. In case আপনি don’t know, erre ess kroakas is basically “ Go to the crows!” in ancient and since this is kind of a children’s story, I’m not going to tell আপনি the actual meaning.
Camie and Becca just glared at me and walked off.
I grabbed my book and watched them leave. Stupid mortals… No offence.
