What's the "MissingNo Mystery?" Just asking. And I can use the "Jessie! James!" part right?

Jessie: Well, well, the twerps are finally here!
James: And with their pikachu! Oh dear
Jessie: Time to unleash our Team Rocket plan!
Meowth: And hopefully we won't be kicked in the can.....-____-
Jessie: Jessie!
James: James!
Meowth: Meowth's the name. (i'm not sure if this was part of a motto, but thats all i could think about)
Jessie: Bringing down any twerps in the way
James: Team Rocket's
Meowth: Gonna win today!!
Wobbafett: WOBBAFETT!
