Should Mewtwo really be a legendary Pokémon?

Mewtwo is just created দ্বারা scientist and just happened to be one of the most powerful পোকেমন in the world, but that doesn't seem to make আপনি 'legendary' to me...

2. He is almost the exact same as Mew exept he is purple. So basically Mewtwo is just a copy of Mew.
