wat do i do now?

i just defeated Misty in SoulSilver. i need 2 get to tht island & Pallet Town but i hav no idea how. can u guys help me? & tell me how i get to tht island.(or pallet town)

first আপনি go to lavander town to get the card at the radio tower, then আপনি go to diglett's cave use the pokeflute channel to wake it up. then gigglet's cave should lead আপনি to pewter city which then u go thro the forest to pallet town

U go to the middle then straight up on the top, BUT this is only in kanto.
