So, I’m going to a পোকেমন tournament tomorrow, and it’s really confusing. This is to help out anyone who wants to go to one, but has NO clue what to do. Every time I go to a different kind of tournament, I’ll edit. This is for card game ONLY. Without further ado, how to prepare for a পোকেমন tournament.
Prerelease:
1. Bring a 3ds.
Now, this is for waiting for the tournament to start. আপনি could bring a book অথবা something as well, but I prefer something আপনি can play পোকেমন on.
2. Bring extra money.
This is always a good idea. When I went, there was a little টেবিল to buy merchandise. I honestly think this is a good way to buy sleeves for your deck if আপনি don’t have any.
3. The decks.
Okay, this is probably the most confusing part, cuz every tournament is different. For the prerelease, আপনি don’t need to bring a deck অথবা deck list. The will give আপনি six prerelease booster packs. With these, আপনি will open them, and make a forty card deck. This deck will be a mixture of your new cards, and some borrowed energy that আপনি will return at the end of the tournament.
4. Trading.
So basically, আপনি can bring your own cards for trading, অথবা trade your new ones. আপনি can only trade after the tournament.
5. Extra stuffs.
Bring: Clear dice, damage counters and a coin.
The dice can be to use as a coin, অথবা as damage counters. They must be clear, for reasons that I don’t know. The damages counters are a little trickier to use then dice, but it’s a good Idea to have ones for status. Need I explain the coin?
6: Dress the part.
There are two kinds of trainers. The ones that প্রণয় to dress the part, and take it very seriously well having fun, and those who just প্রদর্শনী up. I myself enjoy to dress like a trainer myself. Now, that said, don’t go wearing a ডিজনি world style পিকাচু costume, অথবা spent hundreds of dollars on a cosplay. I simply wear a পোকেমন hat, shirt, and my own little trainer outfit. A পোকেমন trainer can wear anything! I think they mostly have the following: A hat, a pokeball somewhere on their outfit, and a bag অথবা বেল্ট to hold there Pokémon.
