Do আপনি whiten your teeth অথবা just let em be?

I use to but I had braces put on so now I can't. I can't wait till my braces come off though, not like my teeth actually need it they're still really white.( =

when i went to the dentist i ran away when he left the room then he called m y house but i still didt go
