How do আপনি feel about people who make spots about themselves?

ফ্যানপপ forbids them, and i persoanlly think they are pointless. i mean, what is different about a personal spot that your own পরিলেখ can't offer? if আপনি want fans, ask people to অনুরাগী your profile. if আপনি want to organize your পছন্দ content, there is a feature on almost everything that allows আপনি to save it to your profile, দ্বারা the content type. if আপনি want to attract attention, open a ফোরাম অথবা জমা করুন content! ফ্যানপপ forbids them because ফ্যানপপ itself has a massive fanbase, and if everyone had their own fanclub, it would overrun the site, causing it to slow down অথবা crash, which would be a bad thing all around!

I have a spot for myself. I think of it as just a spot আপনি যোগদান if you're a good friend of that person.

I don't mind people who have their own spots. It makes it easier to find them.

I feel like asking "Who are আপনি and why do আপনি have a spot about yourself?" Not a big problem really (as long as the guy does not post too much personal information; আপনি got to look out for them as fellow Fanpoppers).

Yeah, there's nothing WRONG with it apart from the fact that this isn't the intended purpose of Fanpop. Read the link অথবা even the link if আপনি don't believe me.

I'm sorry, but ফ্যানপপ is for joining Fanclubs where people share a common interest in (hence "What are আপনি a অনুরাগী of"), not social networking place where আপনি try to meet people and compete for the number of অনুরাগী in YOUR spot অথবা post stuff about day. Keep that to other places like MySpace অথবা ফেসবুক অথবা whatever.
The reason I go on here is because this is a different place, অনুরাগী get to discuss and contribute things that they find on the internet about something they enjoy. But obviously humans have a selfish nature and likes to make everything about ourselves.

I don't see the point. If anyone wanna be a অনুরাগী of a person, they could just অনুরাগী them.
