here, ill try to simplify it: if somebody announces "the game" to আপনি অথবা that they lost, আপনি have হারিয়ে গেছে as well, and must say so, but then আপনি have 30 মিনিট to think about the game without losing...

if আপনি think about the game আপনি have to announce a loss as well, even if it means calling অথবা emailing someone to say so...
