yes there is.if they can't hear,they'll never hear the way it sounds.therefore,they won't be able to speak it.they could right it...

that is just like saying that a deaf person can write সঙ্গীত but cant enjoy it, which is false

They think similar to us...just without sounds and stuff. Most of my thoughts consists in images, so I'm guessing they think in প্রতিমূর্তি (that should include sign language). They could probably think of texture too. Its not really hard to think about texture অথবা smells, and stuff.
