Ok so my major crush just ব্যক্ত "I প্রণয় You" to this really mean girl. That just so happens to be the 2nd time he has ব্যক্ত that to a different girl literally in my face :'(

If he usually mean to you, but in a non - bullying way. Like a teasing mean (Such as this)

If so then, it's a bit twisted way to do it, but he may be trying to get আপনি jealous. Perhaps if আপনি play the same trick আপনি could get him to come to you.

If he doesn't usually tease আপনি অথবা whatnot, then he may actually just be telling আপনি to bugger off.

It all depends on what his normal behaviour towards আপনি is :3
