In a simple way, the meaning you're probably looking for, is that a stalker is someone who follows someone around. Usually without the person knowing, and taking in information দ্বারা observing the person's actions. They stalk them.

Someone who's so obsessed with আপনি they'd follow আপনি anywhere. He/she mostly has this ফ্যান্টাসি about him/herself and the person he/she is stalking. At least that's what I've learnt from Criminal Minds :P
