well আপনি have to contribute to a spot in order to get medals. if আপনি add picks, images, videos, comment, rate, ask ক্যুইজ প্রশ্ন etc. আপনি will get a medal.at first a dedicated medal, if আপনি keep contributing a die-hard one, and at last a fanatic medal. :P
আপনি need to post things. Actually, it's not just about rating anymore! আপনি need to জমা করুন alot of everything. Even মতামত and ক্যুইজ qustions count now. Don't get to obsessed with getting one. I find that everytime I get one is when I've forgotten all about them ;P আপনি can get them for one then আরো spot, and there is also fanatic and die-hard অনুরাগী পদক which are hugher up and harder to get. :)

IKR! Everytime I got a medal I hadn't been on the spot for like a month. It's a totally unexpected thing.
