I have been constantly sad the past months. I don't know why, but I just can't change it.

I am DEPRESSED!!
I cant walk and i have no time to my self (getting dressed)
I need someone to talk to but i cant সরানো to get there.So this a plea if someone on here could talk me অথবা listen to me that will help me get through this stage lets say.
My cat Marlene can see i am upset and gives me a gift ( her toy মাউস ( Marlene is a house cat))Its sweet just not sweet anough.
