How do আপনি make a club's banner?

I already know the part where আপনি উঠিয়ে রাখুন an image for a banner, but how do আপনি make one from your computer, to be able to mix together items, images, and smaller pictures together (like the one for Random)? Do আপনি use photoshop অথবা computer paint? What?
