Has anyone noticed that Wikipedia has a black out?

I have just been on Wikipedia and read a very confusing message- but it was very tragic as I was পাঠ করা it. If anyone else has visited অথবা have noticed the message, can আপনি at lease explain what is going on? I am confused দ্বারা what I read.
