আপনি cannot tell if a black dude অথবা black woman is blushing.

Unless they have very light অথবা immediate skin complexion আপনি cannot tell at all.

If আপনি pay attention আপনি might be able to guess when they are blushing (eg আপনি know what gets them embarrassed অথবা they do little things and আপনি pick up on the hints.) Other than that আপনি cannot tell.

And no it is not racist. আপনি just asked a question. Asking a harmless প্রশ্ন wouldn't make it racist.
