PLEASE HELP!!

Yesterday, my mum wanted to borrow my laptop because she wanted to খুঁজুন something and when she'd finished, I found a strange blue line above the screen that I can't get rid of! It includes my প্রথমপাতা page link on it, a feeds button, mail link, print link, safety link, tools link, help link, blog link (wth), AVG link and a Skype link. Ever since I got it my laptop seems to be going a bit slower.

If আপনি have any idea how to get rid of it, please tell me because I really, really need to!

oh um check ur remove & add program .. in ur control panel .. maybe u can remove it there

dont remove anything shouldnt .. just look for tool bars
