How can i lucid dream?

For what আপনি want? আপনি need to realize আপনি are dreaming mid-dream.

I have done lucid dreaming two ways. One think of something আপনি wish to dream about before বিছানা অথবা while আপনি are in bed. অথবা realize আপনি are in a dream while dreaming.

I normally use my imagination to figure out what happens পরবর্তি if দ্বারা some chance I wake up from it অথবা wish to have a lucid dream.

I heard somewhere if আপনি play video games before আপনি go to বিছানা আপনি can control your dreams. I'm not so sure if this works though. I think at some point আপনি have to realize you're dreaming too, then আপনি can fully control your dreams.
I've controlled my dreams before, and it's definitely good. Kept me from dying in some of my dreams. xD

I very rarely dream.... and last night I dreamt about Amnesia. The video game. It was scary but it wasn't a nightmare... if that makes sense.
Anyway. I dunno. অথবা else my dreams would be a LOT different.

I can control my dreams most of the time. Video games can help, its mainly just learning to control your imagination while আপনি sleep. It tries to trick আপনি sometimes দ্বারা making আপনি think its real. আপনি have to know youre in a dream.
