Can আপনি criticize something even though আপনি have no area of expertise in the profession?

For example: if আপনি say someone is bad at গান গাওয়া even though আপনি can't sing yourself. Can আপনি still criticize that person?

It would be wrong if আপনি were to criticize the methods.

If আপনি were to say আপনি don't like they way a singer sings because of how they were taught, despite never having taken a single lesson in your life, that would be considered ignorance.
To say আপনি don't like the way they sing is just a superficial preference, which everyone has the right to express.
