The reason they don't have the option to change is because it would get confusing. Hard to recognize বন্ধু who can change how they look (icon) and they're name (username)
Not to mention most people roleplay
Some people would lose track of বন্ধু and leave the site

Well, as far as I know, I don't believe one would be able to change their ব্যবহারকারী নাম unless they make a new account. So basically the same answer as almost everybody else.
But making a new account can be a hassle. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. Many people regret their usernames. The type of person আপনি are isn't necessarily defined দ্বারা your username.

I had an account I made about three years ago. That was when I was very young and I had no bloody idea what I was doing অথবা saying. After time I came to regret the ব্যবহারকারী নাম I chose (not to mention I did some pretty stupid things back then). So I made a new account. In the end, I regretted making that decision আরো than I regretted my username. Sure, I didn't do the smartest things, but I still saw myself grow over time. I had also হারিয়ে গেছে contact with many of my old বন্ধু once I made this account. That might just be because ফ্যানপপ isn't quite as much of a party as it used to be. But to make a long story into a short one, I wouldn't worry about changing your username.
