Adderall

So I took Adderall today. First time, 30 mg pill around 12:40 p.m. it's about 7 p.m. now. And I've no idea whether it was XR অথবা IR.
I wanna know if anyone can tell me how long it lasts and possible side effects? And if the dosage I took was in any way super harmful/fatal. (Obviously I'm not dead yet, so I don't think it's fatal.)
Anyway, hoping for personal experience. I've been surfing the net but keep getting varied answers.
So any one know?

Like light-headed I guess. I've been on my phone doing stuff and I'll সরানো my head ever so slightly and it's sudenly like an out-of-body numbness

Yeah maybe not. Go to the doctor and I'd have to admit I took an drug illegally and on school grounds which could send me and a friend to jail.
