I...get it......its about not careing and that your soo foucused on your self your touch with reality fades and while আপনি sit there greedly eating away your troubels like nothing someone is suffering and আপনি just watch them and dont help them and while they slowly get আরো and আরো problems আপনি continue to watch beginging to regret not helping them and then while there laying in thehospital dieing আপনি sit there wondering what went wrong untill they tell আপনি "you had a choise to help me" MEANING HELP THOSE AROUND আপনি WHO ARE SUFFERING DONT GET WOUND UP IN YOUR SELF THINK OF OTHERS
