Bad gerd can আপনি help?

I am a teen and since I was 7 and অথবা 6 I have suffered from gerd I just moved to Boston MA and have lived in Oregon all my life so it's making my gerd worse...every morning I have stuck burps and can't get them out this morning I had তরমুজ and it made me burp I sat on the পালঙ্ক feeling তরমুজ coming up my throat all chunky my mom ব্যক্ত we'd go to the store and get some gas X and antacids while we were driving I felt weird my stomach was empty but I still had the তরমুজ coming up my throat we got প্রথমপাতা and I ate I felt good after a while I'm feeling the watermealon again can আপনি give me any tips অথবা Info is it normal to be hungry but still have খাবার in you're stomach with gerd thanks :)
