I'm Having some BIG Boy problems, can someone help?

Ok, Well My BEST guy friend asked me out,

I have my hart set on saying 'No'

But Everyone Tells me To say 'Yes'

What Do I Do?

I Mean I Like Him, but hes আরো like a big brother, and his little sister is also me BEST friend!
