Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

পাস্তা and white রুটি are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the খাবার আপনি eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff আপনি need to get through the day. Would that help, do আপনি think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1
