Having issues posting to spots' walls.

When I try with my laptop it doesn't let me click send অথবা post অথবা anything like that. I can type but however many times I press enter, the freaking message wont post. On any mobile devices the layout is messed up and I can't even navigate to the spot I want. If I actually get into the spot I want, I can't even type the message. Does this happen to anyone else? And is there a solution??
