The lighting is terrible, try turning your iso speed up when taking pictures in মেঘাচ্ছন্ন conditions like that.
The composition is good though, all of your lines come together like a visual symphony. The pool almost breaks it, though, দ্বারা being too curved. I would consider either cropping it out, অথবা দ্বারা experimenting with different camera heights to exclude it.
This example below isn't one that I did, but it shows something important. আপনি need good contrast in a ছবি for it to come together. আপনি need to make sure that if আপনি put the picture in black and white, আপনি can still see in complete clarity what all of the details are. আপনি might want to learn something about color value and learn to apply it.

In this সেকেন্ড example, I have digitally changed the color value দ্বারা increasing saturation, midtone, and contrast, and it's already a আরো visually appealing image just দ্বারা the way the রঙ express themselves. This is work আপনি can do easily enough on very simple image manipulation programs, I just use Microsoft office picture viewer, which is as simple as image manipulation gets.

All in all, though, it's at least a solid 7 out of 10 just for composition. I'd like to know what kind of camera আপনি used.
There are some programs out there for phones that give আপনি আরো control over your camera. I suggest Camera FV-5. Something else আপনি can do is if আপনি go to the electronics section of walmart, over দ্বারা the ফটোগ্রাফি stuff, আপনি should find some clip on lenses that work on just about any phone camera. That way for like $10 আপনি can do macro, wide angle, and fisheye photography.
Digital post-production, like what I just did, is an important part of digital photography. Some people will tell আপনি that it's a copout, but fuck them. There are some things আপনি can do on a phone, আপনি might look up some image editor apps on your app store. I use one called Image Editor. I hear gimp works well on a computer, but I've never used it.
I think it's very beautiful, I believe the sliver of sun is wonderfully contrasted against the সামগ্রিক cool tones within the picture. also, I enjoy the angle of the chairs, it sort of adds a touch of perspective towards it.And while the মেঘ sort of guides your eyes towards the left of the page at the horizon, the shrub in the distant sort of realigns your eyes back to the right.
আপনি should totally look into the Golden Ratio while practicing your shots. I think you'd be really good at layering and playing with light. c:
