Is there a reason why ফ্যানপপ ফোরাম seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the যেভাবে খুশী club forums.
উত্তর seem আরো like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, ফোরাম lets আপনি post multiple times (Answers lets আপনি do it under certain buggy steps). মতামত sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game ফোরাম site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering প্রশ্ন and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes ফ্যানপপ ফোরাম are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about উত্তর and মতামত make it seem আরো discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a প্রশ্ন and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.
