For those of আপনি who feel অথবা have felt like the entire world is crumbling down around you, you're not alone.
I am not suggesting therapy, অথবা some rehab group. (Though, if you're open to it, let me know, I'll help আপনি find someone.) I am saying that, if আপনি feel alone... broken, অথবা just... flat out distraught and lost, then I know what it's like...
If you're losing everything, and gaining things আপনি don't want, if change is progressing too fast, অথবা things are neutral and just not right... and আপনি think; "it'll never get better" then it won't. আপনি have to focus on the positive to make anything change. Positive thoughts are the key, whether আপনি believe it অথবা not.
Herbs, incense, and candles help. A good way to get herbs if আপনি can't, is in tea. চা is a good anti-anxiety, and it builds up your immune system. Make sure when আপনি drink it, to drink caffeine-free tea, though.
I'm sure there're nights where আপনি want to take a few pills, drink a little, and crash. But if আপনি keep ignoring problems like that, they build up until আপনি have a pile so high আপনি can't see anymore and আপনি crash. আপনি can't fix problems sometimes, but আপনি can help them. Don't ignore them, but maybe don't take action either. আপনি can always rant to a friend, write in a journal... etc. I'm sure if আপনি need, a school counselor will be there to support you. There are plenty আরো options than most people notice.
If আপনি need a friend অথবা someone to talk to, ইনবক্স me. I'll listen; I'm not a cop, অথবা your mom. Just a friend. There's nothing আপনি have to hide from me.
