But, no matter the season it is important to exercise. Staying fit doesn't mean spending 3 hours a দিন at the gym, there are ways to be active in your দিন to দিন life and burn calories at the same time.
For example:
Forget the elevator and the escalator. Take the stairs whenever আপনি can to keep your behind looking good.
Stand up. Instead of sitting on the bus অথবা train, stand. আপনি may not realize it, but standing takes আরো energy then sitting.
Clean up your room, and help around the house. Not only will this please your mother অথবা father, but আপনি will also be burning calories while আপনি work.
Don't stay home. Meet up with your friends, go for a walk, and get out and see things! Moving around and staying active is the best way to stay fit. If আপনি can, go swimming অথবা go for a long walk.
Play with your brothers and sisters অথবা with your pet. Play is a great way to exercise. Whether আপনি play a game, just mess around, অথবা play fetch with the dog, all of these options are good ways to get moving.
This summer, don't be a slug. Get off the পালঙ্ক and get moving, আপনি will feel better and look great.

Well my brother was asking me who are the 4 presidents on Mt. Rushmore and I named them all. Then he started saying that Thomas Jefferson invented the toilet and I told him someone else did and then he told me to look it up so I did and it ব্যক্ত that Thomas Crapper invented the toilet. Isn't there similarities going on.
Thomas [Crapper] and [Toilet]. His last name is what alot of people do in a toilet. I also found out thats why some people call the toilet, "The Crapper". Yeah I laughed really hard when I found that out so if আপনি don't then আপনি need to see a doctor!!

Ok so me and my friend প্রণয় the mall but what makes it আরো fun are the following
-When your হারিয়ে গেছে looking for a store ask them in a british accents! here's an example "Pardon me, could আপনি please point me in the direction of ______" (if u are british do it in a differnt accent like american austraian ect.)
-When আপনি go into a store adress your friend দ্বারা a differnt name and have a weird personality
-if আপনি go into one of those store that plays the সঙ্গীত REALLY loud, sing along like there's nobody else in the store but আপনি and ur friend.
-Have weird conversations about যেভাবে খুশী things. like terrorists অথবা something
Have fun with বন্ধু at the mall!

1- if u r bored in fanpop,and there is no frnd online: go to anyclub u like অথবা প্রণয় and start adding some Qs and picks,and then comeback and see ppl that answerd it....it is really fun.
2- if u want to earn আরো fans......add যেভাবে খুশী ppl.to ur fanlist then they will add u back the u will earn আরো fans.in no time.
3- if u wanna earn পদক ...u have to add আরো pixxx in ur fav clubs....u can add articals too,and pix ppl will rate then u have আরো পদক .
4- another way to earn fans....go to the chat room and then meet new ppl know them u will get আরো fans.....and frnds too.
