Saving the environment is more important than saving some animals. You might think I'm a jerk for saying it, but it makes sense.

We only have one earth. One environment. We have to save it because if we don't, we're all going to be goners for good. Animals, on the other hand, are... Fuck, they're expendable. There's no other way to say it and it can't be sugar coated. There are billions of animals in the world and we could survive without the few abused dogs and whatever else the animal police might save. Environment does take priority in my mind because of that. And it is saving all animals to save the environment.

Of course, it doesn't really matter anyway because animal cops and environmental, er, people, are completely separate so we can save both. :]
