Actually it is normal to have those urges, especially your age, it's gunna happen.

1. One of the only way to know is to think back, "Did I put it too deep?"

2. Anything could be a substitute. Mostly খাবার items such as cucumbers, pickles, sausage অথবা hotdogs. আপনি can also your your fingers :)
