How do i make a Tails Character Chao???

i REALLY want one, and i havent been able to make one yet.

also, how did আপনি guys acctually get the chao to look like that? i did everything for the amy chao, and she just turned out to be a neutral chao with a পরাকাষ্ঠা eggshell on her head!
what am i doing wrong? please help me! T_T
