Sonic X: Which is the town they return to in the end of the series?

I have a question.
I was thinking about it all the while, and i would need to know.
What is the town called where Sonic and his বন্ধু return to? When they get back to their planet that is.
Was it named something, অথবা it was just some town where they lived?
