We all know TVD is not one of those teen drama shows. Yes, আপনি have people who are still in HS, and who sometimes, act like kids. But আপনি also have 160 বছর old ভ্যাম্পায়ার who are not your typical every দিন guys.

TVD is not One বৃক্ষ Hill, অথবা Gossip Girl, অথবা Dawson's Creek. Stefan would never cheat on Elena, and if she ever leaves him, he's not going to turn to the first girl that smiles to him. The great tragedy of his character is that he's this amazing guy who has a lot to offer and every girl would be lucky to have him (vampire অথবা not), but he has eyes for only one girl, Elena. Even if she leaves him for some other guy, even if she dies, he's not going to stop loving her. She's his one and his only, and he's going to spend the eternity in প্রণয় with her - with her দ্বারা his side অথবা not.
I hate when people compare tv shows to the slightest detail, because I truly believe every tv প্রদর্শনী is special, even if it does have so many similarities to some other show. But I see TVD often being compared to BtVS, mostly because of Stefan/Elena/Damon and Angel/Buffy/Spike. I প্রণয় BtVS, and it'll always be my পছন্দ show. Although, those two shows are very different.. from the beginning BtVS was about Buffy, and অ্যাঞ্জেল was a supporting actor, and his character really wasn't developed until he got his own show. He was Buffy's boyfriend. From the start, TVD was different.. to us, it wasn't represented as a story about Elena Gilbert, but as a প্রণয় story between Stefan and Elena, their বন্ধু and family who we came to প্রণয় অথবা hate. Although the shows are different, there are some similarities between Bangel and Stelena. But every great প্রণয় has similarities. অ্যাঞ্জেল left Buffy, so she can start her life, so he can start his, so they can grow up and figure out what are they supposed to do.. so they can fall in প্রণয় all over again, and maybe in the end, go back to each other. But like said, from the beginning, the প্রদর্শনী was about Buffy.. their প্রণয় was a big part of the show, but not the most important one. TVD.. is different. Elena and Stefan are leading characters, and we can't imagine the প্রদর্শনী without them. To be honest, I can't imagine the প্রদর্শনী without any of the characters, but that's a different story. So, I guess, my প্রশ্ন is, is there a TVD without Stelena? অথবা is there a TVD with Delena? Because like I said, অ্যাঞ্জেল left so both him and Buffy can সরানো on with their lives.. because if he stayed, I really don't believe Buffy could ever find someone else to love, and I know he wouldn't either. She wouldn't be able to look him in the eyes and tell him she's in প্রণয় with someone else.. same goes for him. But the প্রশ্ন is.. can Elena? Can she bring Stefan প্রথমপাতা and tell him that it's over? Because if she's going to do that, she can leave him with Klaus, because he'll feel like dying if he hears those words coming from her mouth. Can there be Delena with Stefan around? IMO, that would be completely out of character. For Stefan, if he ends up being "ok" with the situation, because we all know he can't be "ok" while Elena is with someone else, nevertheless his brother, and I don't want to watch him whine and lurk in the shadows for the time Delena is on. For Elena, because she ব্যক্ত so many things to Stefan that made both us, him and her think she's really going to প্রণয় him forever, is she really going to throw that in the wind? And for Damon, who's supposed to be this new hero on the road of redemption.. would be moral and right সরানো to be with Elena when he knows Stefan is always going to be in প্রণয় with her, and that one part of Elena will always প্রণয় Stefan?
For me, this প্রদর্শনী was never about Elena choosing Stefan অথবা Damon. For me, this প্রদর্শনী is about Stelena প্রণয় story, about the relationship between Stefan and Damon, about Stefan finally loving woman with his whole হৃদয় and soul but not ending up disappointed, about Elena and her act of heroism, about Damon finally realizing he can be happy without making others feel miserable, and about all the other characters and their stories.
